Results revealed a high teacher appreciation for the importance of teaching English. Among management aspects, teaching activity implementation received the lowest rating, preparation ranked second, and student assessment management received a higher rating. Objective and subjective factors, such as teacher capacity, salary structures, and teaching-support facilities, significantly influenced teaching management.
