PROCEEDINGS OF VIC 2025 - CALL FOR REVIEWERS AND ASSOCIATE EDITORS

Due to a high volume of manuscript submissions, the Proceedings of VietTESOL International Convention 2025 invites qualified scholars and researchers in the area of language education to join us as Reviewers and Associate Editors. Your expertise and service are essential to ensuring the quality, integrity, and timely publication of the proceedings.

As a reviewer, you are expected to:

  • Conduct rigorous, fair, and timely peer reviews of assigned manuscripts.
  • Provide constructive feedback to authors to improve the quality and clarity of their work.
  • Adhere to ethical standards of confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies.
  • Review assignments will be made based on subject-matter expertise and availability.

As an associate editor, you are expected to:

  • Oversee the peer-review process for approximately five (5) manuscripts.
  • Assign suitable reviewers and monitor the progress of reviews.
  • Make editorial recommendations based on reviewers’ reports and journal policies.
  • Communicate with authors and reviewers as needed to ensure timely decisions.
  • Support the editorial board in maintaining high academic and ethical standards.

Your service as reviewers and associate editors will be appreciated and recognized by VietTESOL Association through Certificates of Appreciation. Alternatively, your names as Reviewers and Associate Editors will be listed in the published proceedings, alongside the Editorial Board. The proceedings will be published online and assigned an ISSN and DOI links, ensuring formal academic recognition and visibility of your service.
